Nearshore software development that earns its keep

A nearshore development team in Romania, one timezone from you

Since 2017 we’ve shipped fleet-management SaaS, AI-assisted platforms, Shopify storefronts and the ad and email programmes that feed them — for clients across the EU, the UK and North America. One senior team, one written scope, a fixed price on the first slice, and your name on the repository.

On time, fixed price

The calm part is the point

Clients rarely arrive asking for code. They arrive tired of chasing three suppliers. We take the whole thing — build, storefront, ads, email — and hand back the outcome.

01

One team, whole outcome

Product, engineering, storefront and marketing sit in the same room. Nothing gets dropped in the gap between two suppliers.

02

Fixed scope, fixed price

You get the number in writing after discovery. If we misjudged the work, that is our problem to absorb, not yours to approve.

03

One person to call

A single point of contact who knows the codebase and the campaign. No ticket queue, no account manager relaying questions.

04

Nothing lands as a surprise

Working software every second Friday, one-page reporting weekly, and bad news the week it happens rather than at the deadline.

A decade of systems, and what they actually changed

Mobility platforms, AI voice systems, commerce infrastructure. The numbers below are measured against the process each one replaced.

CODcheck

Cash-on-delivery risk scoring for Shopify

Refused cash-on-delivery parcels cost the merchant shipping in both directions and no sale. CODcheck scores every order at checkout and hides COD for the risky ones — merchants report 30–50% fewer refusals.

Nearshore software development, run lean

What buyers searching for a nearshore software development company actually need to know about working with us.

One shared working day

We are on CET/EEST. The whole European day overlaps and the US morning does too, so a nearshore development team here answers in hours, not overnight.

Fixed price on the first slice

Four to six weeks, scoped in writing and quoted as one number. You see whether we deliver before committing to a roadmap — and stopping there is a legitimate outcome.

You own the code and the cloud

Repositories, cloud accounts, domains and pipelines are created in your organisation on day one. There is no handover cliff and no exit fee.

Senior engineers, named on the contract

Three to five people with stated allocations. The engineers on the discovery call are the ones in the repository, and they stay to the end.

Eight things, done properly

Most engagements combine two or three of these — build the product, launch the store, then run the ads and email that feed it. We would rather do a narrow scope well than a broad one approximately.

AI products, ready to deploy

Three agents we run as products rather than projects — installed against your existing systems, configured to your rules, live in days.

01

AI Butler

For Hotels & Hospitality

An AI concierge that answers the phone and the chat window around the clock — bookings, room service, local recommendations and guest questions, without a queue.

  • Smart booking management
  • 24/7 room service coordination
  • Personalised local recommendations
02

AI Dispatcher

For Logistics & Transportation

Fleet dispatch that plans itself: route optimisation, driver coordination and customer communication handled in real time instead of over the radio.

  • Smart route optimisation
  • Real-time delivery tracking
  • Automated customer updates
03

AI Support

For E-commerce

A support assistant that plugs into your store and handles orders, returns and customer questions across phone, WhatsApp and email.

  • Phone, WhatsApp and email support
  • Order status and tracking
  • Automated return processing

Documented end to end — before-and-after numbers and what an engagement of that shape costs.

Agentic AI case study →

The same three agents, tuned per industry

Concierge, dispatcher and support are one agent platform with different playbooks. From a nine-room guesthouse or a single restaurant to a national fleet or a high-volume store, the difference is which actions the agent is allowed to take.

01AI Concierge

Small hotels & guesthouses

A property with no night reception still answers every call. The agent checks live availability, takes the booking, sends the confirmation and logs the request for the morning shift.

  • Reservations and changes
  • Late-arrival instructions
  • Room service and wake-up requests
02AI Concierge

Restaurants & HoReCa

Nobody misses a table booking during service. The agent takes reservations by phone and WhatsApp, honours your covers and turn times, and reads back the menu, allergens and opening hours.

  • Table bookings and waitlist
  • Menu, allergen and hours questions
  • Large-group and event enquiries
03AI Concierge

Cafés, bars & event venues

Enquiries that used to sit unread in an inbox get qualified the same hour — date, headcount, budget and package — and land in your calendar as a real lead.

  • Private-hire qualification
  • Deposit and package explanation
  • Calendar holds with follow-up
04AI Concierge

Clinics & wellness

Appointment traffic handled off the front desk: booking, rescheduling and reminders against your practice software, with anything clinical escalated to a person immediately.

  • Booking and rescheduling
  • Reminders and no-show recovery
  • Immediate clinical escalation
05AI Dispatcher

Taxi & ride-hailing fleets

Peak-hour call volume answered without adding dispatchers. The agent takes the ride, geocodes the pickup, assigns the nearest car and calls the passenger back when the driver is outside.

  • Phone ride intake and assignment
  • Live ETA callbacks
  • Driver coordination and reassignment
06AI Dispatcher

Logistics & last mile

Route plans that adjust themselves, plus a voice line that recipients actually reach: delivery windows confirmed, failed drops rescheduled, drivers told where to go next.

  • Route and slot optimisation
  • Recipient confirmation calls
  • Failed-delivery rescheduling
07AI Dispatcher

Field service & trades

Emergency and scheduled jobs triaged into the right slot with the right engineer, and the customer kept informed without anyone in the office picking up the phone.

  • Job triage and priority
  • Technician scheduling
  • On-the-way notifications
08AI Support

E-commerce & retail

Order status, returns, exchanges and pre-sales questions handled across phone, WhatsApp, chat and email — reading live catalogue and order data, and issuing the refund when your rules allow it.

  • Where-is-my-order and tracking
  • Returns and refunds under policy
  • Pre-sales product guidance
09AI Support

Marketplaces & subscriptions

Two-sided support that knows which side it is talking to: buyer disputes, seller onboarding questions, plan changes and dunning follow-ups, with clean handover on anything contested.

  • Dispute intake and triage
  • Seller and vendor onboarding
  • Plan changes and failed payments

The right tool, not the favourite one

Five steps, and what you hold at the end of each

No engagement starts without a written scope. If discovery shows the project should not be built, we say so and you owe us nothing further.

01

Discovery

A week of questions about your business, your users and the process we are replacing.

Written scope and a fixed price

02

Design

Flows and interface work done against real content, not placeholder text.

Clickable prototype

03

Build

Two-week sprints. You see working software at the end of each one, on a staging URL.

Demo every second Friday

04

Launch

CI/CD, monitoring and a rehearsed rollback. Deployments happen during working hours.

Production release

05

Iterate

Analytics and user feedback drive the next round. Or we hand over cleanly and step back.

Handover docs, either way

In their words

What used to be mountains of paper route sheets is now a digital platform our drivers actually use. They understood our logistics problem before they wrote any code.
Andrei MarinescuCEO, TransLog Solutions
They understood both the technical architecture and the marketing domain. That combination is rare and it showed in every review.
Elena VoicuFounder, Digital Reach Agency
Rebuilt our entire platform on a modern stack, delivered on time, and have stayed a reliable partner for the ongoing work since.
Mihai DragomirCTO, NovaTech Startup

The things people ask first

Price and timeline are at the top, because that is the order everyone actually asks in.

Projects start from €10,000 for something focused and scale from there with complexity, integrations and timeline. You get a fixed price in writing after discovery — we do not send an estimate that quietly grows.

A focused MVP or smaller web application runs 4–8 weeks. Platforms with several integrations, a mobile app or AI features usually land between 8 and 16 weeks. Discovery produces the actual dates before any code is written.

Both, though the work looks different. With startups we are usually building the first version and arguing about scope. With established companies it is more often modernising something that already carries real load and cannot go down.

Two-week sprints, each ending with working software on a staging URL and a demo you attend. CI/CD handles testing and deployment. If a sprint goes sideways you hear about it that week, not at the end.

Yes — monthly retainers covering monitoring, security updates, performance work and new features. It is also fine to stop. Every project ends with handover documentation whether or not you keep us on.

React, Next.js and TypeScript on the frontend; Flutter, Swift and Kotlin for mobile; Node.js, Laravel, Symfony and Fastify on the backend; AWS, Docker and Vercel for infrastructure; OpenAI, Anthropic, OCR and LangChain for AI work.

Romania — CET/EEST, which overlaps most of the working day in Europe and the morning in the US. Clients are global and the entire engagement works remotely.

Yes. Flutter for most work, since one codebase covers iOS and Android at native performance. Swift or Kotlin when a project genuinely needs platform-specific behaviour. Offline support and push notifications come as standard.
