A small studio that stays after launch

Building and growing software since 2017, for clients across Europe and the US.

Our story

Symphony Apps started as a team of four with a simple vision: build better products and deliver beyond expectation.

We do not see ourselves as an external team. We embed into the business, own the outcome, and add real value at every step — from first sketch to launch and beyond.

That means asking the hard questions early, flagging risks before they become blockers, and staying close after shipping. Our clients get a partner who supports them through the process, not a vendor who disappears at handover.

Today we work with founders and operations teams across Europe and the US, shipping software, stores, ads and the automation that keeps everything moving. The scale has changed; the principle has not.

Values

Own the outcome

We join your process, ask the hard questions, and treat the result as ours. A handover is not the finish line — a working business outcome is.

Build for the business

Every feature ties back to a real business result, not a trend or a vanity metric. We have talked clients out of ideas that looked good and solved nothing.

Quality over scope

We would rather ship less that works than more that breaks. The thing we hand over is the thing we would be willing to maintain ourselves.

No surprises

You hear about risks early, progress often, and bad news immediately. A delayed demo is better than a delayed launch.

Stay after launch

Software is never really done. Most of our work turns into long-term partnerships because we keep showing up after the first release.

How this shows up for clients

  1. 01

    Discovery before build

100% scoped before the first invoice

No project starts without a validated scope document, so the first invoice follows the first shared definition of done.

  2. 02

    Shipping on time

95% of sprints close with working software

Two-week sprints end with working software on staging. Slips are flagged the week they happen, not at the deadline.

  3. 03

    Staying after launch

80% of clients keep a monthly retainer

Handover docs, monitoring and a team that answers when something breaks. Most clients keep a monthly retainer after go-live.

  4. 04

    Outcomes over output

Every feature tied to a KPI

Every feature is tied to a business KPI before coding starts. We judge work by what it changes, not by how much code it ships.

What clients experience

  • Kickoff

A shared scope document, not a vague brief. We agree on what done looks like before anyone writes an invoice.

  • Delivery

Working software on staging every two weeks, with a demo you attend. Slips are flagged the week they happen.

  • Support

A team that answers when something breaks, plus handover docs that actually help the next owner.
