Who we are

Symphony Apps Development S.R.L., Romania. For anything in this document, write to office@symphonyapps.ro.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to reply to you and to run the site.

  • Contact form submissions — your name, email, and anything else you choose to put in the message, including company and phone if you fill those fields in.
  • Email correspondence — the contents of messages you send us and our replies.
  • Server logs — IP address, user agent and requested path, recorded automatically when a page is served.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not use third-party analytics profiles, and we do not sell or share data with brokers.

Why we process it

To answer enquiries, to negotiate and perform contracts, and to keep the site secure and working. The legal bases are your consent when you submit a form, the performance of a contract once we are working together, and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to signed contracts are kept for the period Romanian accounting law requires. Server logs rotate after thirty days.

Processors

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: hosting, email delivery, and error monitoring. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and none of them use your data for their own purposes.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access to your data, correction of it, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to office@symphonyapps.ro and we will respond within thirty days. You also have the right to complain to ANSPDCP, the Romanian supervisory authority.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working. With your consent we also load Google Analytics 4 to measure page usage, with IP anonymisation on and advertising signals off; if you decline, no analytics script is loaded. Full detail, and a button to change your choice, is in the cookie policy.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date below and, where the change affects an active engagement, tell you directly.
