How do you keep quality consistent?
Every engineer works to the same review, testing and release rules, and a senior lead signs off each sprint. You see the same gates in CI that we do.
What if someone leaves?
Roles are documented and pairs overlap, so replacement is a two-week handover, not a restart. You are not billed for ramp-up on a replacement.
