This privacy policy describes how Busuioc Automat 3000 ("the App"), published by Symphony Apps Development S.R.L. ("we", "us"), handles information when you use it. By installing and using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
Overview
Busuioc Automat 3000 is a casual entertainment game. You tap to "defeat" cartoon devils and earn a higher grade of holiness. It is designed to be lightweight, work offline, and ask for as little as possible:
- No account required. You can open and play the App immediately without signing up, signing in, or providing an email address.
- No personal information collected by us. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other identifying details.
- No cross-app or cross-site tracking. The App does not follow you across other apps or websites and does not create a profile about you for advertising purposes.
Information the App uses
To function, the App may use standard, device-level capabilities provided by your operating system, such as local storage to remember your progress (score and grade of holiness) and the screen state. This information stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is removed when you uninstall the App.
Advertising
The App is free. To support its ongoing development, we plan to show advertisements served by Google AdMob (Google LLC).
If and when advertising is enabled:
- Ads are delivered by Google AdMob and may use a device advertising identifier to serve and measure ads.
- AdMob may collect device and usage data governed by Google's Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Google AdMob advertising options.
- AdMob is a third-party service with its own privacy practices that we do not control.
- On Apple devices, AdMob may use a device identifier only if you have not limited ad tracking; on Android devices, AdMob uses the Google Advertising ID, which you can reset or disable in your device settings.
You can limit ad personalisation at any time in your device privacy settings (on iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; on Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
Data we do not collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit:
- Precise or coarse location data.
- Contacts, calendar, photos, media files, or camera input.
- Health, biometric, or financial information.
- Information about other people.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data security
Because we do not collect personal data directly, there is no central database of user information to protect on our side. Advertising partners operate their own security practices as described in their privacy policies.
Your rights
If you have questions about this policy or the App, you can contact us at any time. As we do not hold personal data tied to you, most requests relate to the advertising identifiers described above, which you can control through your device settings.
Changes to this policy
If the App's data practices change — for example, when advertising is introduced, or new features are added — we will update this page with a new "Last updated" date and review the changes before publishing them.
