Scenta.ro
A Shopify retailer whose owner's voice is part of the brand. We cloned it and connected it to live catalogue and order data, so callers hear her answering — with the real stock figure.

Human hand-off
Voice-cloned commerce assistant. Figures measured against the process this platform replaced, twelve weeks after full rollout.
The problem
The shop's owner is the brand — customers recognise her voice. A generic support line would have been a downgrade, and a chatbot that guesses at stock levels is worse than no answer.
The approach
Clone the voice, but ground every answer. The assistant reads availability, variants, prices and order status from the Shopify Admin API at the moment it is asked, instead of relying on what a model happens to remember.
Callers are matched to their order history, so routine status questions resolve automatically while anything sensitive goes to a person.
The build
Most of the engineering went into latency. Speech recognition, retrieval, generation and synthesis all have to finish inside the pause a human leaves in conversation, or the call stops feeling like a call.
Explicit hand-off rules cover unclear requests, complaints and anything touching payments.
